• Custom orders: Because each piece is handmade just for you, please allow 4–6 weeks for creation before shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

• Within the U.S.: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
• International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on destination and postal service. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

I will work with you to resolve the issue with store credit or a replacement of equal value when possible.
