At Whimsy Hollow Jewelry, each piece is handmade or carefully curated, often one of a kind. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, handmade jewelry, or curated mystery jars that include vintage and thrifted items.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 WhimsyHollowJewelry@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can assist you. In these cases, we are happy to offer:

  • Store credit toward a future purchase, or
  • A replacement custom piece of equal value (when possible).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders
  • Handmade jewelry
  • Mystery jewelry jars (including vintage and thrifted pieces)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees if a damaged item needs to be mailed back.
