All ready-to-ship pieces and mystery jars are packed with care and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times within the U.S. are usually 3–7 business days once shipped. Custom orders are handmade just for you and can take up to 4–6 weeks to create before they are shipped.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Whimsy Hollow Jewelry does not offer refunds. Because most of my pieces are custom made or one of a kind, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days and I will happily offer store credit or create a new custom piece of the same value.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Since I do not accept general returns or exchanges, return shipping is only needed in rare cases of damaged items. If this happens, please contact me and we will work together on the best solution.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
All jewelry is carefully packed and shipped in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the issue. I can offer store credit or create a new custom piece of the same value. For curated jars that include vintage and thrifted jewelry, I can offer store credit toward a future order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Because I do not accept traditional returns, processing time only applies to damaged orders. Once I receive your message and photos, I will respond within 3 business days and arrange store credit or begin work on a replacement piece.

Yes! Digital gift cards are available so your loved ones can pick out their own treasures. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be used at checkout just like any other payment method.
CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because most items are handmade or one of a kind, I am unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. Please make sure everything looks correct before checking out. If you need help, reach out right away and I will do my best to assist before your order is shipped.
